1. Order Production

All Nerta Studio handmade crochet products are made to order.

The production time is up to 14 calendar days from the confirmation of payment. If an order is completed earlier, it will be dispatched without unnecessary delay.

The production time does not include the shipping time.

As all products are handmade, minor differences in appearance may occur compared to the product photographs displayed on the website. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the settings of the customer’s device or screen.

2. Shipping

Nerta Studio ships orders to Lithuania and other countries worldwide.

Orders may be shipped using the following postal and courier services:

• Omniva;

• Venipak;

• LP EXPRESS;

• Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post);

• other shipping providers that may be available at the time of purchase.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed to the customer before payment is completed.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and any other information required for delivery.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, destination country and other circumstances beyond Nerta Studio’s control.

Nerta Studio will make reasonable efforts to dispatch an order within the stated production period. However, Nerta Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier service providers, customs procedures, strikes, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond Nerta Studio’s reasonable control.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

As Nerta Studio products are made to order, the right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply where a product is made according to the customer’s specific instructions or is clearly personalised to the customer’s individual needs.

If a particular product is a standard design and has not been individually personalised or customised for the customer, a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, unless an exception provided by applicable law applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should contact Nerta Studio by email:

The request should preferably include:

• order number;

• customer’s name and surname;

• product being returned;

• order date;

• reason for return, if the customer wishes to provide one.

The product must be returned unused and with its original characteristics and condition preserved. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and it has been established that the return meets the requirements of applicable law and these terms, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they should contact Nerta Studio as soon as reasonably possible at info@nertastudio.com and provide the order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.

If a defect or non-conformity is established, the customer will have the rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nerta Studio will assess each case individually and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
